The Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act (AIVIA) is an Illinois law that use AI to evaluate recorded video interviews. It requires advance notice and a plain-English explanation of what the AI analyzes, applicant consent before the interview, confidentiality limits (shared only with people needed to assess the applicant), and a process to delete videos on request.
