The Digital Voice and Likeness Protection Act is an Illinois law limiting contract terms that let someone create and use an AI-generated digital replica of a person’s voice or likeness in recordings. If a services agreement lacks a specific description of intended uses and the person lacked counsel or union coverage, that replica clause is unenforceable for new performances.
