Great Tech Pros, LLC d/b/a Reintivity ("Reintivity," "we," "our," or "us") uses SMS text messaging to support direct
communication with customers, prospects, vendors, and other business contacts who choose to communicate with us
by text.
This SMS Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms page explains how we collect, use, protect, and manage information
related to Reintivity text messaging. It applies to SMS messages sent to or from Reintivity business phone numbers,
including numbers provided through Grasshopper or other business communications services.
Information We Collect
When you communicate with Reintivity by SMS, we may collect your mobile phone number, name, company name, job
title, message content, message date and time, opt-in or opt-out status, and related support or account information
needed to respond to your request.
We may also keep records showing how and when SMS consent was provided, such as through a website form, email,
service request, phone call, contract process, direct conversation, or inbound text message.
How We Use SMS Information
We use SMS information to respond to questions, provide customer support, coordinate meetings, follow up on service
requests, discuss consulting or managed services needs, share account-related updates, and continue business
conversations you have started with us.
Reintivity does not use SMS for direct lending, age-restricted content, affiliate marketing, or unrelated third-party
promotional campaigns.
Data Sharing
Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
We do not transfer, sell, rent, or share consumer data with any external organizations for any purpose. Any vendors used to provide messaging infrastructure act only as processors under our instructions and may not use or disclose the data independently.
SMS Consent and Opt-Out
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from Reintivity, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Reintivity text message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. After that, we will not send further SMS messages from that number unless you opt in again or reply START, where supported.

Reintivity Messaging Terms and Conditions
1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@reintivity.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Sensitive Information
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information by text message. If sensitive information is needed, Reintivity will provide a more secure method for sharing it.
Data Retention and Security
We keep SMS records only as long as needed for business, support, compliance, security, legal, and operational purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect SMS-related information. No method of electronic communication is completely secure, and SMS may not be appropriate for highly sensitive information.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact Reintivity to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, contractual, security, and operational limits.
